Describe the specific accomplishments that warrant recognition:

Kendra, of her own motivation, proposed and created an Access Database that tracks Executive Staffing candidates and contacts with precision. The database allows our group to share information in real time in a way that we have been unable to do. Doing this on her own, Kendra accomplished this for the group with no incremental costs.

How have these accomplishments helped our organization achieve its goals?

We can now create a report for our clients to outline steps we have taken, who has been contacted, etc. We can attach resumes in the database so that we all have access to backgrounds. We are updating our records so that we can record all steps taken and give a timeline for a search.
