…Once… the tougher work of fine-tuning came into play… We met [as a team]… to discuss…issues that
needed attention and cooperation…defining when and how to hand off work to
you… You handled your portion… with your customary professionalism and
sense of cooperation. …I commend you on the fact that you… rose to the top of
commitment, reliability and consistency in your work behavior. The greatest accomplishment that has improved our operation…
is the Access Database… I… mention it… as an area where you have a great
deal of talent and one where you enjoy working. That is, in process improvement enhanced by the use of
technology and systems… your knowledge is deep and vast. … you have a
terrific work style… considerate, respectful of others, honest and
straightforward and take your responsibilities evenly between seriousness and
a positive, upbeat attitude. You are
very professional and handle yourself in the workplace very well. I never have to worry about how you
represent [the team] at any level of the company and I know that you are a
respectful individual throughout IRI and within our group. |
You are an
indispensable part of our team... Putting [procedures]
around our systems and processes Remaining
upbeat at all times Communicating
openly with a sense of direction/purpose Doing a
needs assessment and designing a search database – wow! Suggesting
new ways of doing things versus simply taking orders – serving as a
consultant Learning
our client base, what their styles are like…etc. Rapidly
building visibility and credibility with line management Managing
through a very high inherited workload with confidence and poise… … time
and time again you displayed an openness to learning…You are an asset
to me and to this team. I am amazed
that you are so far along with regards to your knowledge of our team, our
function (and yours) and our needs.
You were a critical component of our team’s success... |

… your ability
to quickly learn the systems important to your position has been impressive. Truly getting the most out of your
learning took outlining some deliberate steps on process and procedure…
within [the team]… once those steps were taken, everything fell into place. Your
responsibility in HireSystems is the opening, updating and closing of
requisitions. You are our link on
the quality chain of accuracy and timeliness… I believe that you now are on top of HireSystems. …Lawson, Arrins and Timetracking have also needed some
fine tuning…within the team on what is needed and who owns which part of the
procedure. I
believe that here also you have a full understanding of each of them. Oracle…[was] the last to be mastered and
that shows good judgment. |
…Your performance against this goal was
strong. You learned a great deal
very quickly and noticeably tightened up our team performance in this area. When you did not know something, you asked
– this allowed me to know that you had a firm handle on things. |

The processes around scheduling, expenses, background checks, offer
documentation and requisitions are under control and in very capable hands
under your management. You have
developed methods of organization around your position that are very
effective and you handle a high volume of work. Your work is thorough and timely and you exercise good
judgment. In addition, you are easy
to work with and highly service oriented. |
…As you settled into our team, you struck a good balance of
applying best practice to processes with the out-of-the-box thinking required
to complete a full menu of challenging tasks. …you always executed your tasks in a timely, buttoned-up
manner. From day one, there was no
doubt that you would approach and execute all tasks with superior poise and
professionalism – “grace under pressure.” Juggling tasks… was a challenge – one that you tackled
with great effect… you were self-reliant… … you did
an incredible job working against this goal… |

Revise
and develop new forms and systems as

This is the area of your performance that is truly added value
to our team. Your abilities in taking
initiative and delivering systems that improve the performance of [the team]
is outstanding! You single-handedly
developed and now support an Access Database for candidate tracking that represents the third time we have
tried to have such a system. First
two attempts, predating you, failed.
We now have a user-friendly system that… makes the efficiency soar
within the group. And, we have
you to thank. … you have shown considerable
leadership in dealing with our suggestions and requests, running our periodic
training sessions and updating the system.
You have done an excellent job here and have made an outstanding
contribution to the functioning of our group. |
…Against
this goal, you truly exceeded expectations – not only against this goal as it
was written, but also against the expectations of our team. I speak for all of us when I say that none
of us thought that we would have a world-class search database at this point
in time. This is a remarkable
accomplishment! |
